"We had done prior business with buying our first home through Meese Property Group and was extremely excited to learn that they had started Spartan Property Management when we came down on unexpected orders out of state. Balie Modesitt specifically is a phenomenal representation of the company and your property. She is professional, courteous, efficient, and punctual. Ms.Modesitt has been nothing short of amazing to work with. As a tenant, it is always a concern that you will have a bad or subpar landlord/property management company. With her, it is the opposite. She will brighten your day and her passion for her job and helping others shines through in the work she does. I called Ms. Modesitt about a property for rent on a Holiday and was in an emergency situation where I needed to be moved into a place asap. She answered immediately and was extremely happy to help me. She processed my application quickly and I was given keys faster than I had expected.
